1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Bridge by Kelly Aburi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Services

Bridge by Kelly Aburi provides professional consultation services for leaders, particularly women in leadership positions, navigating transitions, building trust, and developing clarity in their professional and personal lives.

Our services include:

• One-on-one clarity sessions
• Leadership coaching
• Strategic consultation
• Reflective guidance on professional transitions

3. Booking and Registration

To book a session, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Complete payment through our secure payment processor

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking information and for all activities that occur under your booking.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and KES. Pricing may vary based on your location and the specific service selected. Prices are subject to change, but you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your complete payment card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Payment Authorization

When you book a session, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full session fee. Payment must be completed before the session is scheduled.

5. Session Policies

5.1 Scheduling

After successful payment, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Sessions typically last 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Attendance

You are expected to attend your scheduled session at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered complete, and no refund will be provided.

5.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Nature of Professional Relationship

The services provided by Bridge by Kelly Aburi are professional consultation and coaching services. These services are:

• Not therapy or medical advice: Our services do not constitute mental health therapy, medical advice, or treatment
• Not legal or financial advice: We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice
• Educational and developmental: Services are designed to support professional and personal development

If you need mental health support, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel, please seek appropriate licensed professionals.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of information shared during sessions, except:

• When required by law
• When there is imminent danger to yourself or others
• With your explicit written consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any materials, resources, or information shared during sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided during sessions or through our website are the intellectual property of Bridge by Kelly Aburi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

• Record sessions without explicit written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a respectful and appropriate manner. You will not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Services if you violate these conduct standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our Services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bridge by Kelly Aburi, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at kellyaburi@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Bridge by Kelly Aburi operates primarily in Kenya but may provide services internationally.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya. The arbitration shall take place in Nairobi, Kenya, or as mutually agreed by both parties.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users
• Is harmful to our business interests
• Violates applicable laws

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue Services at any time
• Change pricing with notice to existing customers
• Update these Terms at any time

Material changes to Terms will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridge by Kelly Aburi regarding our Services.
